REVIEW: Nature Republic Petit Cherry Rouge G02

My laptop is still broken so I'm sorry if I haven't been as active (especially in visiting your pages--to those blogs who hear from me often!).

Since I'm off work today (still not feeling well), I figured to share with you my thoughts on Nature Republic Petit Cherry Rouge lipstick in G02.  The Petit Cherry Rouge line has four variants: Gloss, High Color, Moisture and Creamy. I bought two kinds, a Glossy and a High Color one! G02 is from the glossy range (G for Glossy).

I got it because it reminded me of the Joey Tribbiani's Lipstick commercial! GAWD I love Friends!

It doesn't work like a lipstick. It works like a lip gloss, weird.

I also upgraded my product score card to make it more understandable as I think just giving number rates can be vague. Anyway, since my laptop died and my editable format is on that laptop, I have no choice but to revise! I hope you like my upgraded score card!

Sadly, this particular product completely failed me! I have another shade from the range too and at least with that shade it's safe to say it gets better! I got the products from my Nature Republic Festival Mall shopping visit. I'm not as satisfied with the branch. I hope they have a wider variety of colors and I hope the displays get more organized and neater!

Anyway, expect another Nature Republic Petit Cherry Rouge Lipstick review soon!
Because of Joey's commercial, I'm inspired to share a weird one too.Just found this on youtube, a related video form the Friends clip!

Have a blast!

  1. At first, I though the blue lipstick would turn into a reddish/pinkish tint when worn (like magic lipstick). Sad that it got broken on its first use. :(

    1. Lol no it's not like those! :) yes it's really disheartening that they break just like that! I mean they are quite pricey considering how worthless they turned out to be.

  3. i really don't like lippies which gives a different color (well in this case, no color at all) than the bullet's color. Haha! Remind me of mood lippies which I certainly am not a fan of... :P

leave it to the jap people to create weird ads like that. i was like wtf?! and with a kid. hahaha! crazy...

  5. Love the details on your scorecard! :D

I guess the product is good for those who want to experiment with makeup. And also for those who like the novelty of changing lip color

  6. i love your score card! very organized and makes reviews a bit more fun to look at, since a good review can be really lengthy! i actually like that it gives a glossy finish, so you can say you have a blue lipstick in your collection AND still rock it everyday and not seem crazy :D
