MAKEUP: Color-adjusting Lip Gloss

Whenever I hear the word "matchmaking" I think of Disney's Mulan. I always remember that scene where Mulan was being dolled up for her matchmaking session--with hopes that her beauty will catch the eye of one lucky man.

Anyway, that's oddly unrelated to this post as a lip gloss post. Well, not in terms of matchmaking. I guess the mood rings trend is no longer just for jewelries. It's also for makeup. For today's post I am so happy to share with you the catch on Physicians Formula PH Matchmaker lip gloss in Pink*.

First thing you would notice about this lip gloss is the packaging. It's made for the travelling beauty! It has a built in mirror and flashlight so you can still apply your lip gloss flawlessly even in the woods, I suppose. ;p

It has a lip and cheek stain feel to it. I accidentally made a mess on Jenni's card for me when I swatched on my arm.

It's like magic! I know pink is a tricky lip color to choose from so it's such a relief that this time around, all you have to do is wait for the product to adjust and suit your skintone. Here are photos I Instagrammed on that fine day of pink glossiness. Follow me on Instagram if you haven't yet: @kumikomae

What do you think?

    3. hi ladies, thanks for the feedback. i have discovered the problem is in how the photos take a while to load. i've been working on only using hires photos and i think that's taking a toll against me when the net is bad. i'll see what i can do to balance photo quality and its compatibility w net speed :D
