BRIGHTBEAUTY#4 My Daily Scrub

I scrub my face everyday... ah yes, the occasional disbelief. Uhm, let me first explain how I do it. If you love that smooth perfect flawless feeling after a scrub--and you're interested to also scrub away dull skin everyday, listen read closely.

This cleansing pad is ideally used with gel type washes like Human Heart Nature's Tomato Facial Wash for Sensitive Skin. Tomatoes, as you should know by now, are very potent sources of vitamin C and has a range of skincare benefits people with 1. large pores, 2. acne, and even 3. fine lines.

If you have large pores, surely you would want to minimize its visibility--and move mountains to prevent it from being larger! Well, a thorough cleanse can help prevent the stretching of pores! Our pores, when clogged and uncleaned thoroughly, traps dirt and through time, that's a reason why it becomes more and more visible. Having large pores also makes you prone to acne because it makes your skin more "accessible" for dirt, oil and worse, infection. Good thing beyond prevention, the high kick of vitamin C in tomatoes help clearing out any breakout.

Rubber cleansing pads as shown in photo are usually available from your trusted Japanese supplies store! I got mine for just P88 (approx $2) and I've had it for four months already--still good as new! As I wear makeup everyday, I really am thankful I found this tool because I really wouldn't want to use harsh chemicals to lift dirt of my skin. With my cleansing pad, I can feel at ease that my all-natural facial wash received that extra boost needed to remove stubborn cosmetic and dirt pile up on my face!

How do you thoroughly clean your face?

If you don't have Human Heart Nature in your area, please let me know! Because of this blog, I've been able to share Human Nature products to friends from all over the world (all over US and SG). I'd love to know how I can help you try this brand out. It's really an outstanding all-natural personal care brand. Read more about them here.

  4. I rotate between replenix heated scrub, bliss deep clean mask, alpha hydroxy cleanser, dermatologica milk cleanser and sometimes philosophy vitamin C treatment..... but I'm totally disorganized and I forget I to do some of these... how do you juggle so many skin products? Plus I don't want to spend my entire life in the damn bathroom!

Also I heard you could get micro tears from the mechanical scrubs so now I was thinking of just sticking to chemical ones deep cleansers.
