CONTEST: Happy Beautiful Christmas Wk5

Do you know that mascaras existed way back 3,500 BC? Egyptians used bone and ivory as mascara applicators, and blended kohl with crocodile dung, water and honey to create the first mascara. They were primarily used as protection against eye ailments. Egyptians lined their eyes with kohl and used the mascara to deepen their lashes. Because eyes were believed to be the windows of the soul, they concealed them to ward off any evil spirits and bad energy. (Wikipedia)

Liked that trivia? I did! If you're interested in learning more about beauty--more than what's on the surface, you can learn more interesting facts like this from classes from online colleges. Click the link and check out the list of schools you might want to enroll to. :)

Ricalyn's blush story:
My "crush" makes me blush especially if he compliments me or he keeps on smiling at me. He didn't know that I have  a crush on him that's why there's always a "kilig factor" when I see him. I also blush when he catch me staring at him :)

  9. Yes I believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder because everyone of us define beauty in different ways, according to our taste, opinion, impression and what pleases us. Some people looks beauty in physical appearance others see it in the heart of the person.

  15. Excellent site you have here but I was curious about if you knew of any forums that cover the same topics discussed here?

I'd really like to be a part of community where I can get feed-back from other experienced people that share the same interest. If you have any recommendations, please let me know. Appreciate it!
