Hello Sunshine! Summer's just around the corner, and today I want to share with you what's buzzing from the Burt's Bees hive.

When I got the press kit for the Burt's Bees Intense Hydration line, I thought it was extra cool because I've always wondered how awesome it would be if like our gadgets, we can reset our skin to its natural balance too. I mean seriously, wouldn't it be great if there's a skincare range that will reset and adjust to your (skin's) lifestyle? The skin is the body's largest organ anyway, and since it's the most exposed, it deserves all the TLC we could give.

Did you know that the skin has a 4-week life cycle?

Like any other living thing, the skin has life, and it begins at the deepest layer--taking 28 days for new cells to reach the surface to be shed off. But mind you, once your skin cells are on the outermost skin layer, it performs the most crucial tasks to protect the body. It functions as a moisture-barrier, while also as a protection from the outside world. All the more that you should take care of your skin right?

Now with that much "responsibility" it becomes clearer how our skin must be cared for, and properly (or intensely) at that. Made for people with dry skin, the Burt's Bees Intense Hydration range is formulated to feed your skin with moisture and nutrients, helping your skin stay healthy and glowing. Below are my must-try items, since I too suffer from dry patches.. *sad*

Burt's Bees Intense Hydration Treatment Mask

While I've always been a sheet mask girl, I sometimes miss my clay masks. It's a whole different soak, and I do notice that clay masks are more effective when it comes to treating the skin with much-needed love. The Intense Hydration Treatment Mask is Burt's Bees first face mask for dry skin, so I'm excited to give this a try.

Burt's Bees Intense Hydration Nourishing Water

To be honest, I used to be a non-believer when it came to nourishing waters or toners. I just didn't see the point! Until I started using high quality toners, and I felt the difference. My skin care is absorbed better, and generally glow of my skin was just improved. So there's not turning back now. I see having a toner a must-have. For the upcoming summer season, I just know I'd need to boost my skincare choices with something that would offer better hydration. So yes, starting March I'm switching to the Burt's Bees Intense Hydration Nourishing Water.

Burt's Bees Intense Hydration Night Cream

Okay, as of writing, I'm embarrassed to admit that I'm using my day cream for my night routine. I know, I really should have a separate night cream... it's just that I've been very choosy lately. My skin has been choosy. And I couldn't find the right night cream for my moisture needs. Now, with the Burt's Bees Intense Hydration range, I see hope!
