The gift of self through Papillo.

I love writing snail mails. Our local post office even knows me by name and by address. I dream of owning a PO.Box and receiving letters from people from all over the world. I swear, on stone, if I ever become famous for anything, that's what I'd do. I'd secure a PO. Box and be "writable".

This is why it's such a thrill for me that premier Stationer Trish Panlillo celebrated the art of writing notes just in time for us all to give it yet another spin this Christmas season. “I sincerely believe people appreciate a handwritten letter, no matter how long or short,” shares Trish, Owner of Papillo Fine Stationers. “It's the time you set aside to do it that makes it more meaningful.”

I'm a very sentimental person so believe me when I say, I don't care if you wrote me a handwritten letter on tissue paper, I'd keep it still! With that, just imagine how delighted I would be to received letters of love if they come in cute stationery such as these...

I think words are magical and when we light a romance with it, through letter writing, we reach an expression that is more heartfelt and honest. There's no better gift than that of self, so if you're looking for a sentimental and memorable gift idea for Christmas, remember that it doesn't have to be an expensive hard-to-find item. Sometimes, it just has to be a part of you, shared with all your heart--and what better way to do that than with a love letter? :)

Papillo offers an extensive selection of stationery, invitations, gift cards, and note cards. Papillo Fine Stationers aims to bring back the seemingly forgotten charm of letter writing by providing its clients fresh and exciting ways to put their sentiments on paper. Bursting with an array of bold colors, whimsical artwork, and a fashion-forward sense of style, Papillo products lend a sophisticated flair to whatever a client wants written down.

  1. I have been reading about blogger "pen pals" quite a lot too! If I had the time I would love to write to people from all over the world as well, especially with such cute stationary :)

  2. Those are very pretty!

I used to have penpals from all over the world during my high school days. I love receiving long letters via snail mail, too. Even until now, but everyone's too busy for that :( Even myself, I owe a few people some letters and I haven't had the time to do it

  3. I'm a huge snail mail/handwritten letter fan too. There's just this more personal charm knowing that the person who wrote to you actually touched the piece of paper in your hands and that it bears the writers own, unique penmanship. I too keep the letters given to me.

Can we be penpals too? Hahaha!

  4. I'm a sucker for stationary too. I have to say.... I'm sick of seeing, "live love laugh". It's is everywhere here, hate it! Sorry. The paper is really cute though.
